Formatting rulesPreparing your paper for publication in the journal, please fill the form given below: Information about the Author. Attach a separate file with the Abstract and Keywords (from three to ten) in Russian and English, as well as the English version of the author's name(s), the title of the paper in English, and full bibliographic reference information for the paper.
The papers submitted by internal postgraduate students are published free of charge.
Papers written by candidates for academic degrees (postgraduate students and candidates for doctor's degree) and subscribers to the journal are given priority in publication. All materials should be signed on each page by the author(s) and sent to the Editors by e-mail and to the postal address of the Publishing House (redaktsiya zhurnala "Journal Title," OOO Izdatel'stvo "Nauchtekhlitizdat," Alymov pereulok, dom 17, stroenie 2, Moscow, 107258 Russia).

PREPARATION OF PAPERS
Two copies of manuscripts should be submitted, together with two sets of figures, with abstract and keywords (both in Russian and English) placed before the text body of the manuscript, and with a letter of recommendation from the institution. The manuscript, no longer than 10--15 A4 pages, should be sent as an unformatted (i.e., no tabs, columns, etc.) Microsoft Word document (12 Times New Roman). The text should be typed double-spaced (6 mm between the lines) on one side of A4 paper. The pages should be numbered and signed by the author(s).
Figures should be supplied in a format compatible with MS Word: dxf, plt, gif, cgm, cdr, eps, jpg, pcd, pct, drw, pcx, png, tif, tga, dib, bmp, rle, wmf, emf, and wpg. The photographs should be of the highest possible quality. Figure lettering should be explained in the body of the text or in figure captions. Avoid ambiguous notation for the elements of the schemes and their nominal values.
When writing, avoid complicated sentence structures, mathematical formulas, and especially formula tables, as well as detailed mathematical derivations. Schemes and formulas should be numbered only when they are referenced in the text. All abbreviations and symbols in schemes and formulas must be defined, SI units should be used for all physical quantities, and the names of foreign companies and devices should be written in the original language with a reference to the country of origin.
References should be used only when essential and should be listed at the end of the paper in the order cited in the text.
Number the references (numbers in square brackets) as follows: [1, 2].
References should be prepared according to the National Standard of the Russian Federation "Bibliographical reference. General Requirements and Rules of making" (GOST R 7.0.5 2008).
a) For journal articles, the required elements for a references are: initials and surnames of the authors (no more than three authors should be cited per reference), the title (without quotation marks), year of publication, volume, issue, and number of the journal.
b) For books, the required elements for a references are: initials and surnames of the authors, full title, ISBN code, place of publication, publisher (without quotation marks), and year of publication.
c) For abstracts of dissertations, the required elements for a references are: initials and surname of the author, title of the abstract of dissertation, type of academic degree (Cand. Sc./Doctoral Dissertation), and place and date of defence.
d) For preprints, the required elements for a references are: initials and surnames of the authors, title, publishing institution, code and number of the preprint, and place and date of publication.
e) For patents, the required elements for a references are: initials and surnames of the authors, title, the country, number of the patent, class of invention, and date and year of publication.
f) For reports, the required elements for a references are: initials and surnames of the authors, title, index number, publishing institution, and year of publication.
g) For electronic sources, direct readers specifically to the source material using URLs.
