Cascade degradation processes Part 2. Cascade degradation processes: The examples |

The cascade degradation processes features are analized for specific
problems of the accelerated particle beams physics, plasma
physics, cosmic ray physics, phenomena on the cleavages and
breaks, condensed matter physics, nuclear physics, laser physics,
chemical kinetics, etc. The possibilities of these processes describing
are considered using the degradation equation as well as
alternative approaches. A comparison of the characteristic power
and exponential energy particles distributions and their connection
with the degree of processes non-equilibrium is delivered. It
is shown that in a highly non-equilibrium cascade degradation
processes characterizing by a power energy particle distribution,
the number of high-energy particles is relatively large. This fact
can produce a significant increase in process efficiency if the optimization
of the cascade process is delivered. This optimization
of the cascade degradation process with the help of degradation
equation plays a key role in many practical applications of the
high-energy particles and radiation.
