The angular stabilization precision opto-electronic systems

We consider the problem of estimating the angular perturbations
acting on the beam pattern, which is one of the major
challenges that must be addressed when creating a system of
angular stabilization and tracking optoelectronic device having
a high angular resolution. Of particular importance is the
solution of this problem by placing optical-electronic device on
a moving platform, when there is a need to consider the influence
of the position of the radiation pattern of a large number
of impacts caused by the vibrations of the platform as a whole,
bends elements of its design, as well as bends optical and mechanical
elements of optical-path the electronic device. Thus, as
a rule, measurements of the individual components of the total
perturbation of the radiation pattern are difficult or not possible.
Assuming that the perturbation model is the sum of fixed
fairly narrow band processes, the equations of the Kalman filter
solves the problem of estimation and in conjunction with the
algorithm of signal-actuator control algorithms for determining
the stability of the system and opto-electronic tracking device as
a whole. The resulting equations of the Kalman filter can also be
used in the evaluation of potentially achievable accuracy characteristics
of stabilization and tracking.
