TESTING NORMAL WAVES IN THE SINGLY CONNECTED HOLLOW SCREENED WAVEGUIDES A.V. KUKUSHKIN, A.A. RUKHADZE Are discussed the problems, which appear in the theory of electromagnetism because of the delivery here of the principles of relativistic mechanics for describing the motion of energy of free waves carried out in the article. It is shown that this delivery leads to the suffi ciently rigid kinematic censorship. Thus, examined in the article for an example normal Hn0 -waves hollow rectangular waveguide this censorship do not pass. Are discussed questions and consequences for the theories, connected with this fact.
