ROMANOV It is shown that it is advisable for domestic development companies to create their own original open models for evaluating software system projects that are adapted to the specifics of the subject areas of application and integrated with the methods of group expert evaluation. The created models should take into account the specifics of evaluating the planned labor costs and development time both on the part of customers and on the part of developers of software projects.
