ABOUT THE SPECIAL INTERPRETATION OF BASE LOCATION

In geometrical approximation radar cross-section interpreted as satellite pseudo relay whose receiving antenna is projection
on plane perpendicular to irradiator of bistatic radar and irradiating antenna is projection on plane perpendicular to
receiver of bistatic radar. In this situation, base location equation is in fact balance condition for irradiating and receiving
powers of bistatic radar at additional loss absence. In the course of numerical experiment chosen positions of irradiator
and receiver of bistatic radar on earth surface, and sub satellite point of pseudo relay. Receiving power level calculated in
decibel relatively to receiver sensitivity. Detection sign in this situation is positive level of receiving power.
