Based on differential scanning calorimetry in copper tellurides of non-stoichiometric composition, phase transition temperatures and
specific heats of phase transitions ∆H were determined. In copper telluride Cu1,96Te phase transitions were detected at temperatures of
310, 450, 572, 631, 776 K. In the Cu1,80Te compound, phase transitions were detected at temperatures of 528, 618 and 660 K. Copper
telluride Cu1,75Te undergoes phase transitions at temperatures of 504, 543, 621 and 630 K. Phase transitions in these compounds at the
indicated temperatures are reversible.
