ANALYSIS OF THE OPERATION OF A LIQUEFIED NATURAL
GAS PRODUCTION FACILITY FROM THE POINT OF POINT
OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND FIRE HAZARD |
R.R. DAVLETOV, E.V. NAFIKOVA
This article examines the production of liquefied natural gas from the point of view of the negative impact on the
environment, and also analyzes the functioning of the facility from the point of view of fire safety. Along with the increase in
produced natural and associated gas, which is the raw material for the production of liquefied natural gas, there is a high
environmental and industrial hazard. Aspects of modeling a possible situation in an emergency situation associated with
an accident on an overhead gas pipeline during LNG transportation are considered. A fire risk calculation was made for a
simulated gas pipeline accident.
Keywords: liquefied natural gas, environmental pollution, gravity-type foundation, fault tree, event tree, fire risk.
