BULANOV Within the framework of this publication, the process of developing software for the laboratory growth complex “Rubitek” is considered, in the initial stage of product deployment. The “Kanban” project management methodology has been selected and described. The choice of IDEs for software development is justified, and the choice of programming languages is also justified. The implementation of the Kanban methodology in the process of creating software for the growth complex is shown.
