Geophysical grounds of creation
of new geotechnologies of underground
development of a mineral resources |

Modern views on the advances in the area of the excess stress
relaxation in continuous body with unequal heterogeneity
provided the basis for the new concepts of developing underground
mining technologies. Those technologies create conditions
for the reproduction of steady dynamic structures in the
lithosphere by managing the relaxation processes on an outer
pool outline of the drawn subsurface area. Implementation of
the proposed concept provides an option to mine a larger portion
of the deposit in a totally secure environment, protected
from the negative influence of practically all geo-factors, arising
at broad technogenic intrusion into the equilibrium of dynamic
lithosphere structures. The Frame Geo-Technology we propose
calls for three stages of subsurface resources extraction: division
of a occurrence into the drawn segments by mining outer
pool outline deposits and erection of the surrounding artificial
formations – on the top and on the sides; division of the drawn
segment on the mine sections by erecting a series of dividing
artificial formations; consecutive or parallel mining of the mine
sections while utilizing well-known high-efficiency geo-technologies.
The local mine engineering attributes in each mine
section is what determines the choice of ore extracting technology.
This is what allows the utilization of highly productive
extraction systems and at the same time allows to completely
exclude the loss of not hewed off ore and the external causes of
ore dilution. It also allows to use exhausted mine sections as a
storage place for the mine refuse and other types of industrial
and household waist. Economic effect is sustained due to the
efficient and functionally sound combination of expensive and
low-priced geo-technologies. The balance between the two is
defined by geo-mechanical conditions of the extraction.
