Applied Physics and Mathematics Annotation << Back Results of leonhard euler bernulli numbers outlined in the «differential calculus» I.V. Ignatushina Bernoulli numbers are important to many areas of mathematical analysis. For example, they are part of the Stirling formula, the Euler-Maclaurin with these expressions are obtained for certain improper integrals, etc. In this essay Euler demonstrated the widespread use of the Bernoulli numbers and outlined several ways to find them, showing how these numbers are obtained by solving different problems.
