Mathematical modeling of metrological characteristics of reflector manovacuummeter |

Theoretical consideration of the basic metrological characteristics
of a reflector manovacuummeter is carried out in the article.
Mathematical expressions for the real and nominal static transformation
functions of this device, mathematical expressions for
the measurement sensitivity, mathematical expressions for the
estimation of absolute and relative measurement errors, mathematical
expressions for the estimation of systematic and casual
components of a relative measurement error are developed. The
analysis of the developed mathematical description is carried
out. The results of the analysis are determination of the factors
influencing measurement sensitivity and the basic sources of an
measurement error (deviations from nominal values of i) power
of a electromagnetic wave source, ii) reflection factor of a “thin”
plate of measuring chamber, iii) length of a tube of measuring
chamber (distance between a electromagnetic wave source and
receiver), iiii) diameter (thickness) of a “thin” plate, iiiii) transformation
function of a electromagnetic wave receiver, iiiiii) transformation
function of an amplifier).
