THE GYROSCOPE WITH TWO DEGREE OF FREEDOM. ONCE MORE ABOUT THE PRINCIPLE OF ACTION |

The paper presents an approach to the formulation of the physical principles of the behavior of gyroscope with two degree of freedom. It is based on a representation of the
gyroscope with two degree of freedom by using a physical model of gyroscope with three degree of freedom with some features, which determined by size and weight of the outer frame. It is allowed to present a physical model of the behavior of gyroscope with two degree of freedom without using of the concept of inertial (non-physical) forces (moments) taking
into account the properties of gyroscope with three degree of freedom.
