The article is devoted to the autocorrelation assessment of the sea surface by Autonomous short-range radar by remote measurement of the velocity of the mass and strength of agitation of the waves. Received Autonomous short-range radar data can contribute to the solution of many problems, such as: safe movement of Maritime and river transport; safe takeoff and landing of seaplanes; detection of aircraft objects located near or directly on the sea surface and other problems. Assessment of sea waves to produce the autocorrelation Autonomous radar device is in stationary conditions, and when placed on moving boats or aircraft.
