KHAVROSHKIN Initially, when the era of cosmic breakthroughs in space characterized by strong fi nancial support and the existence of a high level of creative groups, the total number of retired orbit space objects (for 1957...1986) exceeded 17 000. The vast majority of these unique technical works were created two superpowers those times – the Soviet Union and the United States. The materialization of the ideas of penetration into space was the main contribution of the collective eff orts of many thousands of anonymous experts – scientists, designers and workers. Their selfl ess work has brought deserved fame and glory of the leading performers of space programs – general designers, scientists, explorers of the cosmos – the true elite of the space community. If you operate with concepts of the role of personality in the historical events in the history of world cosmonautics outstanding role played by two outstanding personalities – Sergei Korolev (USSR) and Werner von Braun (Germany, USA). The proposed work is an attempt to look beyond the event horizon and introduce a new generation of space technology at the 1st stage, capable of reliably and inexpensively learn the moon.
