METHODS AND DEVICES FOR INVESTIGATIONS OF THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY OF GTE PARTS IN FIELD CENTRIFUGAL ACCELERATIONS AND FORCES AND VIBRATION ACCELERATIONS |

The origin methods and devices with a heat conductors for investigations and determination of thermal conductivity of part materials of gas turbine engines (GTE) on the spin rig using the vacuum chamber in conditions of centrifugal accelerations and forces and on the vibration rig in conditions of vibration accelerations. The results of the investigations of unsteady thermal state of heat-conductors in the field of centrifugal radial and district accelerations and vibration accelerations are given. From the analysis of the results of experimental investigations it may be stated that the thermal conductivity of the heat-conductors increases with an increase of a rotation frequency or amplitude of oscillations compared to the steady state. Thus, this increase of the thermal conductivity signifi cantly associated with an increase of the electron middle velocity under the influence of centrifugal and vibration accelerations. The obtained results are of practical importance for the assessment of the thermal state of the parts of aircraft engines.
