PETROV Analysis of the classical Kepler problem and it`s applications shows the advantages of using in dynamic tasks on the rotation of the mathematical apparatus with vector algebra division, as an alternative vector and tensor algebra, that uses the apparatus of partial and forms the basis of the established in the nineteenth century, but still relevant, methodology of Lagranzhians-Hamiltonians.
