OBSERVED LUMINOUS MATTER FRACTION OF THE COSMOLOGICAL CONSTANT DIRECTLY EVIDENCES UNIVERSE OPTIMIZATION |

A cryptographic organizing principle has demonstrated the formulation of a quantitative concordance interrelating three fundamental physical parameters consistent with observations. These quantities are the Fine Structure Constant α and the Cosmological Constants ΩΛ and Ωm. The theoretical anatomy explicitly embodies an optimization of the cryptographic system achieved through the maximization of the complexity of its subgroup structure. We show that the observed Luminous Matter Fraction (Ωl = %) corresponds quantitatively to this optimization by demonstrating that the information optimally encrypted into the Cosmological Constant ΩΛ produces the unique matching theoretical value of Ωl =4,884%. Hence, the {α, ΩΛ, Ωm, Ωl} quartet represents a singular optimized universal statement. It is shown that the observed Luminous Matter Fraction Ωl demonstrates that the Universe operates in conformance with a corresponding Fixed Point. The double prediction of a Sterile Neutrino νs with a mass of 27,486 meV and a DARK MATTER partner Ωl ’ of the Luminous Matter Fraction Ωl, that can be mutually related with the concept of an equivalent neutrino White Dwarf star at the Chandrasekhar Mass Limit, testifi es to the abundance of interrelationships that perforce exist in an optimal confi guration. It follows that the Universe is an optimized dynamic system, hence, a perfect creation.
