COMPARATIVE ASSESSMENT OF THE PROBABILITY OF TAKE-OFF (LANDING) OF AN AIRCRAFT AT THE TEST STAGE |

A method for estimating the probability of take-off or landing is considered, which is necessary for calculating the quality index that determines the comparative superiority of an aircraft over an analog (standard). The method allows you to evaluate the take-off and landing characteristics of the compared aircraft when they are used in a typical operational-tactical background of military operations. When striking an aviation-based aerodrome, part of the runway is damaged, which makes it impossible to take off or land. By the repair services, the damage is repaired with a certain performance. In a series of tests performed under the same set of conditions, the probabilities of the occurrence of an event are estimated when comparing aircraft, and the coefficient of superiority is determined from the values of the calculated probabilities. It allows you to establish possible differences in the properties of aircraft, evaluated in tests. The coefficient of excellence calculated by the proposed method, along with other indicators, allows you to form the final quality indicator of a sample of aircraft. The main calculations of a practical example characterizing the presented method were performed using the Mathcad software environment.
