SMOLEGOVSKIY A general description is given of a new interdisciplinary field - physics of open systems, which touches on the fundamental physicochemical problems associated with the work of A. Poincare, IR Prigozhin, Ya. G. Sinai and others. The role of the concept of Ch. Darwin in the formulation of the main trend in case studies of the tenth century, which determined the possibility of its predominant consideration as the “Darwin century”.
