Applied Physics and Mathematics Annotation << Back COMPARATIVE ASSESSMENT OF THE AIRCRAFT BY THE PROBABILITY OF PERFORMANCE OF THE FLIGHT UNDER METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS V.B. TERENTEV The method of convolution of aircraft performance indicators into a coefficient of superiority is considered. This method is necessary for calculating the quality indicator, which summarizes the functional and operational-technical quality of the aircraft and determines the comparative superiority of the compared aircraft over the analogue according to the test results. Many indicators of operational and technical quality are collapsed into a comprehensive coefficient of excellence. The probability of flying according to meteorological conditions is compared with the similar probability of an aircraft adopted as a standard, which allows you to create a partial coefficient of superiority for this indicator. The indicator is determined in terms of the operational-tactical background of the combat use of the aircraft, taking into account weather conditions in which it can perform flights (landings), based on the capabilities of the onboard equipment. The aerodrome network and the equipment of aerodromes with appropriate landing equipment are also taken into account. The coefficient of superiority determines the superiority or disadvantage of the probability of a flight (landing) over a reference aircraft when performing typical combat missions.
