Applied Physics and Mathematics Annotation << Back CETI; SETI - PARADIGM SHIFT O.B. KHAVROSHKIN, V.V. TSYPLAKOV Since the end of the formation of such a scientific direction as communication with extraterrestrial civilizations, generalized as NETWORKS, SETI has passed enough years to make noticeable changes in the existing scientific paradigm. That is: Refusal of radio communications (reception and transmission). Recognition of the existence, on a galactic scale of panspermia of microorganisms including viruses; the possibility of the technical implementation of transceiver systems based on neutrino beams for communication with extraterrestrial civilizations.
