NUMERICAL AND ANALYTICAL SOLUTIONS OF THE PROBLEM OF HEAT TRANSFER AND MASS TRANSFER AT THE STAGE OF HEATING AND POLYMERIZATION IN THE MANUFACTURE OF COMPOSITE STRUCTURES USING DIFFERENTIAL TRANSFO RMATIONS |

This paper presents a numerical and analytical method for solving the problem of mass transfer at the second stage of the production of composite materials in Scholz installations, describing the work at the second stage of polymerization for the manufacture of multilayer composite materials, the results of studying heat transfer in multilayer products at the second stage of the production of composite materials are considered. Multilayer composite materials are manufactured in Scholz installations by polymerization. During polymerization, the heat of the phase transition is released. Therefore, when developing a composite materials production management system, various factors have to be taken into account. From the general model, we will make up partial models corresponding to each polymerization interval of composites and solve them by numerical methods.
