A PHYSICAL AND MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF THE HYPOTHESIS OF INTERACTION OF VORTICES IN SWIRLING FLOWS WITH ENERGY SEPARATION PROCESSES |

Well-known publications of the analytical description of the vortex energy separation process do not take into account the influence of many parameters on the effect, both geometric and regime. An improved physical and mathematical model of the Rank effect is proposed in the article. The most general case of flow in a vortex tube with an additional flow is taken as the design scheme. The described improved model of the vortex interaction hypothesis makes it possible to determine the integral characteristics and geometry of the pipe that are of interest in the calculations of researchers in terms of energy separation.
