OPTIMIZATION OF ELECTRO-OPTICAL PARAMETERS OF THIN-FILM
TRANSPARENT ELECTRODES AS A METHOD OF INCREASING
THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF TRANSPARENT ELECTRICAL DEVICES |

The synthesis and research of multilayer conductive thin-film coatings of the ITO, ITO/Ag, Ag/ITO and ITO/Ag/ITO. The
conditions for using the developed structures as electrodes for transparent electronic devices are determined. Optimization
of layer thicknesses has a positive effect on the overall physical properties of transparent electrodes. The advantage of using
the Oxide structure is ITO/Ag/ITO on flexible substrates and improved optical and electrical characteristics in comparison
with the oxide structure. As a result, an increase in the quality index of transparent FoM electrodes was achieved by 30 %
compared to single-layer ITO. As a result of the work, an electrode with a surface resistance of 5,8 Ohms/□ and an average
transmission of 81 % in the optical range was synthesized.
