Applied Physics and Mathematics Annotation << Back REVIEW OF MODERN METHODS OF DEVELOPMENT TRANSPARENT PATTERNED ELECTRODES N.S. PARASHCHUK The review paper considers methods for producing patterned transparent electrodes. For each method, statistical data are provided based on literary sources. An analysis of the relevance of the methods is conducted, during which the most promising method of inkjet printing is determined.
